About Omar Khan -

Omar Khan (via his company Boardwalk Wealth) helps high-income earners make tax-friendly passive income through private, off-market investments... mainly commercial real estate. Commercial, in this case, means apartment complexes -- which, in our industry, are called "multifamily" apartments. Omar has advised on $3.7 billion in capital financing and M&A transactions and secured $50+ million in equity from private and institutional capital.
